fish or seafood than try a green tea as Bancha or Genmaicha. Also green tea goes very well with cheese, Dragron Well for hard cheese and a Formosa Jade for brie. If you choose chicken you can combine it with a Criss Cross green tea from China, while fried chicken or duck, meat and lamb pairs with an Assam black tea.



An easy salad pairs nicely with a green tea as Green Celebration. If the salads has consistent ingredients as eggs, tuna, olives, then try a Golden Himalaya.
There are unlimited options when it comes to pairing tea with food. After all we can let ourselves be guided by our intuition, smell and palate and innovate. The world of tea is so large and friendly and waits for you to discover it.




You can start with a simple, elegant white tea when you meet your dearest friend. You can continue with a bold green tea, when you have an important meeting and you need to feel the energy flowing through your veins. A black tea is for your profound moments when you get deep with yourself and you are eager to discover something new.
